SalonOps is provided on a month-to-month subscription. Cancel any time; we'll export your data on request. No long-term lock-in.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for the accuracy of data you record, the security of your account credentials, and the actions of staff you give dashboard access to.
Our responsibilities
We aim for high availability and keep daily encrypted backups. We patch security issues promptly and notify you of incidents affecting your data.
Payments
Invoices are issued monthly. Missed payments pause access after a 7-day grace window — data is retained for 90 days after suspension.
Limitations
SalonOps is a record-keeping tool. It is not a replacement for legal, tax, or financial advice. We are not liable for downstream business decisions made from the data.
