What we collect
SalonOps collects only the data you give us — salon name, staff details, services, customers, and sales you record. We also collect standard technical telemetry (page loads, error reports) to keep the app working.
How we use it
Exclusively to provide you the service you're paying for. We do not sell or rent your data. We do not use customer data to train AI models.
Where it lives
On servers in India, with daily encrypted backups. Only authorized engineers can access production data, and every access is logged.
Your rights
Export your data at any time. Request deletion at any time. We keep legally-required records (invoices, audit logs) for the minimum statutory period and delete the rest on request.
